Application and registration process

The application process is very easy, but remember: Only official and complete applications through Zeus are taken into consideration.

You can apply from March 1st to March 24th

How do I apply? Follow these simple steps!

  1. Go to the webpage http://zeus.aegee.org/statutory
  2. Click on “Spring Agora Bergamo (2016)”
  3. Go to “My application” on the left.
    You can apply with or without logging to the Intranet. We advise you to login. Only in this way you have the possibility to edit your application.
  4. Fill in all the fields, if possible.
  5. Submit your application.
    Now you will receive a confirmation email. Read it carefully! It means that your application has been registered, but NOT that you are accepted.

So what happens now?

  • Now you have to wait for your local board to confirm your application.
  • Once it is confirmed, the Chair Team will process all the applications and you will receive an email with your status.
  • If you are accepted, you have to confirm your participation.
  • You will receive an email from the incoming team with the procedure to register on our website.
  • Once you have your login, you can pay the fee via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
